What does my speech need to be about? * Anything ... just be sure to include 4-H. How long should my speech last? * 4th grade - 1 to 3 minutes * 5th - 8th grade - 2 to 5 minutes * The older you are the more your speech should include 4-H. Helpful Hints: * What are the parts of a speech? *Introduction - make it interesting *Body - have 3 main points to discuss - mention 4-H *Conclusion - wrap up your speech with a catchy summary. You may use note cards, but remember to make Eye Contact! |
